On the Cuff offers a 12 month guarantee against manufacturing defects. If you experience a problem with your product, please notify us as soon as possible. Please note that cufflinks are likely to break if stood on, and as such will not be covered under the guarantee.
In most situations a photograph of the damaged cufflink will suffice, but we may require the cufflink to be returned to us.
Please note that alphabet cufflinks are sold as singles. This is to allow customers the ability to select the specific letters they require to make a customised cufflink pair.
We make every effort to ensure our photos are as accurate as possible. Colour variations may occur due to differences in manufacture batch processes and through the screen settings on the device this website is being viewed with. Some items may differ slightly from the photo. Measurements are indicative only.
If you feel the item purchased is not fairly represented by the photo or description, contact us so we can put it right.
Yes, we only sell goods that we physically have in our possession so all orders can be filled straight away. If we do happen to run out of an item we will inform you as soon as possible. We do try and keep pages up to date but stock levels can sometimes change quickly.
We do not recommend any form of engraving on plated or coated cufflinks as the coating can chip or splinter during the engraving process.
On the Cuff is committed to delivering quality cufflinks. If you receive an item that is damaged in some way, we are happy to exchange for another pair, send a replacement or arrange a refund. Please contact us.
If you simply change your mind, we will look at exchanging for another pair, or will arrange a store credit. Please contact us.

All orders will be clearly labelled when mailed. If your delivery is late or missing please contact us within 2 weeks and we will do everything reasonable to help resolve it as quickly as possible for you. If your parcel was couriered, will we make the claim for your lost parcel directly with NZ Post.
NZ Post will only cover parcels sent by Courier for loss or damage, and these are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and a number of important limitations and exclusions (refer www.nzpost.co.nz), up to the limits detailed below:

Our cufflinks come in a velvet bag, and will be bubble wrapped for mailing. Cufflink presentation boxes are available if you are purchasing as a gift – just add one or more to your shopping cart. If you purchase cufllink boxes your cufflinks will come displayed in them.

On the Cuff endeavours to ensure that doing business is easy, safe and secure. To achieve this we collect and hold personal information when you fill out the forms in our website shop. We store this information directly and with SmallFish Limited who supply our website to us. We also provide this information to PayPal so they can take your payment on our behalf.
Also, when you use our website shop a cookie (which is a small text file) will be loaded onto your computer. The purpose of the cookie is to identify you during your session. You can change the settings on your browser so that you will not receive any cookies. However, if you choose to do this you may not be able to make a purchase in our website shop.
